Scope: Internal relocation in the São Paulo headquarters with the disassembly of 400 work stations and the reassembly of 300 positions.
Volume: Relocation of 300 people, including computers and documentation with partial reutilization of desks, seating and cabinets.
Time of execution: 3 weeks.
Area involved: 3,000 m².
The team formed by the Operational Manager, Coordinator, Supervisors and multidisciplinary teams worked in shift schedules. All of the logistic teams were monitored on the “hour-by-hour” of the execution, as much on the source as the destination. The services were delivered within the dates and times predicted in the schedule.
