Scope: Management of the headquarters relocation in Rio de Janeiro.
Volume: Relocation of 1,220 people, including computers and documents with partial reutilization of seating.
Time of execution: 6 weeks.
Area involved: 8,000 m².
The team formed by PMO, Coordinator and Supervisors, worked in shift schedules and with a set critical schedule. All of the logistic teams were monitored on the “hour-by-hour” of the execution, at both origin and destination. The services were delivered on the dates and times of the schedule.
