Scope: Relocation of the São Paulo headquarters.
Volume: Relocation of 1,500 people, with computers and documentation, with 3 sources and 2 destinations and the partial reutilization of seating.
Time of execution: 10 weeks.
Area involved: 13,000 m².
The team formed by the Operational Manager, Coordinator and Supervisors worked in shift schedules with a frozen macro schedule. All of the logistic teams were monitored on the “hour-by-hour” of the execution, as much on the source as the destination. The services were delivered within the dates and times predicted in the schedule.
